We offer our customers a comprehensive range of services, including simple to complex sheet metal forming, assembly fabrication, precision laser and water jet cutting, Nadcap Accredited heat treating of aluminum alloys to AMS 2770, certified welding to AWS D17.1, and complex machining.
Our facility also includes a fully equipped Class-A tool and die manufacturing division. Additionally, we operate a variety of mechanical and hydraulic presses, with capacities ranging from 3 tons for small projects to 1000-ton presses for larger tasks.

Facility
Aeron is a spacious 38,000 ft Brick facility with room to expand current processes as well as space for new opportunities. Additional land adjacent to our facility, is owned to allow for yet even more additional expansion.

Design Review and Process Development: Turning Design Into Reality
During the design review and process development phase, our team works meticulously to determine the best method for producing your complex sheet metal or machine component design. Need tooling? With our in-house tool and die shop, we are a one stop shop for developing complex tooling packages to meet all design requirements. Whether it is a 3D dataset, or a 2D engineering blueprint, we have the expertise to take the information and determine the best method for production.
